No Flakes No Red Balloons

As the unmistakable refrain of the saxophone introduction to Graham Stokes' Only The Love rang out, we began the 99th Seven by Seven... If only we had though of that beforehand! Maybe we should have brought along Flakes for everyone, or at least for four who didn't get to play on the day. 99 Red Balloons would just have been a health and safety nightmare – and as you know, regulation is close to our hearts here at Seven by Seven. The Tyranny of Structurelessness and all that, as I often say when people complain about not being able to play their favourite Rudimentary Peni track coz it plays at 33. Anyway I digress. It was the 99th Seven by Seven and the music contained therein was very good.
