Punky Reggae Party

We finally made it happen. We’d been planning a Punky Reggae Party event for the summer of 2020 back when we were running things in Northern Monk’s taproom – but then covid came along put the kibosh on it. So we decided to resurrect the idea when we were thinking of doing something special this year – and the theme seemed to fit really well with it being Carnival weekend. Seeing the weather forecast in the morning we decided to hold it indoors (even with the last minute erection of a gazebo in the back yard) – and then it barely rained a drop. Not to worry though – we played for 7½ hours, everyone had a great time and we heard some excellent records. Here’s the list:
